Career Management for Football Players

Career Management for Soccer Players

You train to be prepared for the next game. But what about the next step in your career?

A career in football is made up of much more than just performance on the field.

Choices, opportunities, club changes, positioning, communication, professional development, and plans for the future are also part of this journey.

I accompany athletes in building these paths, helping them organize goals, envision possibilities, and develop aspects of their careers that need attention outside of training.

You might want to play abroad, but still need to develop your language skills, network, or prepare for that move. Or you might realize that your image and positioning have started to gain importance, without knowing exactly how to manage it.

And that's precisely where my support comes in.

Our work directly supports strategic planning, goals, national and international opportunities, languages, networking, mindset, brand, and positioning as key aspects of career development.

Football has occupied different places in my life: I was an athlete, a coach, and I built my professional career around it. This taught me that each phase brings different decisions, and that being prepared for them is also part of the career.

An athlete's development also happens off the field.

Mindset, decision-making, planning, communication, and positioning are all part of building a sports career. In career management, I address these issues based on the reality of each group, creating space to develop skills that athletes also need to take outside of training and competition.
